To be at peace sometimes will be like to let people be wrong about you.
And it's ok. They will change their mind!
It’s necessary to focus on what it means to be at peace with yourself.
Focusing on being at peace with oneself is crucial. Recently, I found myself in Madeira, Portugal, painting and seeking that inner calm. Although I'm still working on it, I must admit that at times, I feel like a stack of boiling beans. There are so many things I enjoy doing, and I constantly immerse myself in learning new things. However, being at peace with oneself can manifest in various ways.
It's interesting to observe how people have changed after the lockdown. The world seems bitter and angrier, and many individuals feel disenchanted, making long-term plans seems almost pointless. However, despite the chaos, I make a conscious effort to fill my life with beauty, curiosity, love, art, and ambition. These things fuel me, and I cannot imagine starting my day without them.
During the last session of 'Liquid Sounds,' I had the pleasure of engaging with participants on a wide range of topics, from synesthesia and its therapeutic benefits to climate change and beauty. We delved into what it means to be at peace with oneself. I'm excited to invite you to join me for the next session in London, where we'll explore intuitive art-making using music as a guide.
🎨 Join me for a workshop focused on intuitive artmaking using music as a guide. This class is shaped to encourage fun and confidence in an intuitive creative process. You’ll be directed through a series of painting exercises to pieces of music, designed to help you tune in and respond expressively as you listen. Each workshop will have a different playlist with varying types of music ranging from jazz to experimental electronic.
🎨 Expect to get out of your comfort zone, and experience a new way of making art that challenges conventions and will help shake up your creative practice (or inspires you to initiate one)
🎨 I have synesthesia, a rare sensory condition that shapes my works and my daily life, and I'll show you how to depict sounds on canvas. So, come meet other creative, open-minded people, and have a blast making art!
🎨 All materials provided and all artistic abilities welcome. Bring something comfy to wear, and your refillable cup for a coffee or a tea. Sparkling white wine included!

I’m organising these sessions all over Europe, so if you want me to come to your city, village or area and do it, just send me a message and I’ll organise it.
In other news, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the success of "Losing your Ears" date 0. Our recent performance premiered to a packed audience, and we couldn't have done it without the contributions and support of so many talented individuals. We're hard at work preparing other surprises, and we're excited to announce an exclusive event where a selected group of guests will give feedback on our new music and an interactive system we developed for our new live performance.
Writing new music is a thrilling journey, and I want to give it my all. I'm inspired, and I hope I can bring it to you soon!
Feel free to drop me a message on Instagram anytime! I'm always eager to connect with others and learn about what you're up to, whether it's a new project you're working on, an experiment you're trying out, or just something exciting you want to share. Don't hesitate to reach out!
